I wish my vet would email the results but they don't seem to be able to get the hang of the scan and email.
I will be going over at some point prob Friday evening to pick up a copy of the lab results for the renal panel as I've booked molly in for a urinalysis, UPC and ACTH test on Wed next week. The Ophthalmology department called and said they'd like to take a look at her eyes and I said she would be in on Wed if they want to see her then.

I am divided on what to do after the wed acth results come back as I figure they will want to increase trilostane, but I am so swamped with work and wedding that I won't be able to get her in for another ACTH test I'm afraid and I don't like letting it go after a dose change. So, will discuss possibilities with the IMS when the results come back. No point in putting the cart before the horse, so need the results of everything first.

In this day of "everything" technology, you would think the vet's offices would be more up to date. My former vet couldn't do anything like that either. I think they are just used to faxing things and don't want to do anything new. Unfortunatley, we don't all have a fax machine attached to our telephone line. There are other ways to get around this, but it would take effort that I'm sure a busy office wouldn't want to deal with. Oh well... we tried, right??

I wouldn't want to change Molly's trilo dose either until all of the chaos and festivities are over. Since she's being her normal, sassy little self, I bet if she needs a dose change it will work to wait. Hugs!

I'm choosing to go with no news is good news, especially when you're so busy with the wedding anyway. Maybe our little muffin can help supervise the decorations or better yet, cake testing. Now that would be fun! LOL

Hi gang. Just spoke with my vet and molly's renal numbers are all very good and within normal range. So yay! Her kidneys are holding for now and doing well. We'll have to retest these pretty often to make sure that the medication doesn't start to affect them but for today and this month, this is good news.

I'll be picking up my copy this evening and they are faxing to the specialist too.

Whew. Now on to next weeks tests. She will stabilize at some point right, so we don't have to test as often
