Default Checking in for December 2020

"Checking in" is a topic that we start on the first of each month. We suspect that we have a good number of members who read the messages regularly but who don't post very often. Maybe that's because their dogs are doing well, or they don't have a Cushing's dog anymore, or they haven't got any questions to ask, or maybe they don't feel very comfortable about posting answers to other members' questions. It's perfectly understandable and acceptable for folks to only post once in a while, but when we don't hear from people, many of us find ourselves wondering what those folks have been up to recently and how their dogs are doing.

It's always preferable to post updates about your Cushing's dog in your own thread/topic (especially if you want feedback/replies from other members) but you can also post a quick reply here if you just want to say hi and let everyone know how you are doing in general.

We'd love to hear from you!

Hello. My name is Jonathan. "Checking In"

You guys helped me find a lot of info and help, (and Im sorry I have waited until now said "Thank You!!!!")
Members of my family are members and I just joined recently, Im sorry for being selfish and reading/not advising.

I lost my little girl a little over a year ago (non Cushings, simply old age) but Im pretty fluent in the 'Cushings lifestyle' and am trying to pay it forward.

Hello, Jonathan, and welcome. I’ve just seen the lovely photos that you’ve posted of your little Gigi — what a sweetie she must have been! If you’d ever care to post a memorial thread in her honor, we’d be so pleased to have her join our other “honorary” Cushpups who have graced our lives and shared our love throughout the years.

In addition, though, if you have knowledge or information about Cushing’s to share, we surely welcome all the help we can get here. So thanks very much for stopping by and checking in ;-).
