Choosing Your Username and Password

It’s come to our attention that we have a weird software glitch that may deny members the ability to log in if they register with a username or password that contains an apostrophe. This is an intermittent problem — we do have some members with apostrophes who haven’t had any trouble. But our technical team has advised us that, to be on the safe side, new usernames and passwords should be selected using only letters and/or numbers. They recommend using no special characters at all.

If any of our existing members who are already using apostrophes start experiencing log-in problems, please email us at k9cushings@gmail.com. We will manually revise your username or password so as to edit out the apostrophe and eliminate the problem.
