I know she is worried :( What a day she had!!!!
I'm glad you liked the videos. Sometimes they play and sometimes they don't. What the heck?
Catch you later, hope in real time :D:D:D:D
Yes, so we can have a party on her thread to cheer her up! Nice of you to sneak a peek at work, must be home time for you soon!! What's for dinner? lol always thinking about food :D:D
Oh and I have the same thing happen with the sometimes they play, and sometimes they don't. If I look at them on my ipad they have no sound either?!?
Loves the videos Addy, it is about time we had some videos of Molly and Flynn :D
I will see if there are any in the library I have not shown you yet, I have managed to sort through all the photos and have have put all the videos in their own folder.
Oh that would be good
Found one, but its going to take about an hour to download to youtube lol so hope your not in a hurry!
Nope not in a hurry. Hope Sharlene doesn't mnd that we,ve hijacked her thread oops. I'm sure a vid of Flynn will help cheer her up x
Yeah Sharlene, we are waiting patiently for our Caesar salad!! Love it :) here is one while I wait for the new one to download, I have put it on before but I love this one!

It's movie night on your thread Sharlene, bring the popcorn when you come back!
Oh he looked stinky in that first one. I've got popcorn Sharlene still having dinner
I'm gonna interrupt the videos just long enough to make this quick comment before I forget...:D
Sharlene, I've been reading and re-reading your summary and am still just as perplexed as you are. Molly has been a puzzle to me since Day One, and remains so!
I am very proud of you for deciding to chill for the time being, until the UTK and written reports are all available to you. Then, when you have all the info together in one place, it may be easier to start plugging in puzzle pieces.
I will say this in advance, though -- given Molly's lack of overt symptoms, I still totally understand the hesitation about launching into either trilo treatment or a full Lysodren load. If it does turn out that the cortisol needs to be reduced, though, one option that hasn't yet been mentioned is a maintenance Lyso protocol, just as UTK has historically recommended for management of Atypical cases when cortisol is not abnormally elevated. In that way, you could shoot for lowering the cortisol somewhat but not with the same risk of overdosing that would accompany a full load. Especially if the UTK panel comes back with other elevations, maintenance Lyso really might be an option that could provide a degree of control across the board. Just a thought to throw out there!
(And now back to the videos and popcorn! :D :D)
Is it caramel? Cos I love caramel popcorn!!
No sorry just toffee popcorn who,s brining the juice
Juice?!?! Bugger that, its a holiday, ,break out the bellinis!!
juice, I thought Chocovino.
I love when they dig:):):):) and that wave movement with Flynny in front is perfection. Where did he get the awesom blue coat?
I really have to start taking more videos of Koko. I think I only have one from six years ago.:o:o:o:o
we could stay here all night and watch videos.:D:D:D
Oh Marianne is here with some sensible advice for Sharlene, thank god for that... much better than our silliness :D:D But you can count on us to bring the alcohol, chocolate eggs, popcorn and movies!!!! Nice to see you Marianne!!! x
Oh chocovino we don't get that here so need to be Bellinis I know Sharlene would approve of that :D
Oh yeah, I been meaning to google chocovino to see if I can get it here. Also not heard of it before this forum! That blue coat Addy, is actually purple but it is so wet in that video it looks dark blue!! Mum got that for him on one of her trips to Christchurch, it is made out of the same stuff they make horse blankets with. So it is his own mini pony cover, he wore it yesterday for the first time this year to go to Mum and Dad's as it was teeming!
Put Koko's video up please... I have to find that one I did for you of him playing with his puzzle!
Have you got any Woody ones Tracy?
What is in a Bellini? I dont think I ever had one.:o:o
Is that a new habit I need to get?
I think Sharlene is home, I saw her green light on:D:D:D

Looks like this doggy's drink on the left! Peaches and peach schnapps and bubbles! Sharlene got me on to them and I made them for a lunch I did and nearly knocked the socks off my mother lol. I still have some of the schnapps in the fridge but also no real peaches to make the puree
Haven't had dinner yet. Hubby is flying home from Ottawa at the moment. I got sidetracked by a call from Molly's IMS while I was out shopping and I sat in the car yakking with her for about 1/2 an hour.
No worries, Molly's urine came back fully concentrating, (as is normal for her). But a protein of +2, which she has been up and down before, anyway, the IMS wanted to add on the Urine Protein Creatnine Ratio test to see the actual numbers and know if we need to keep an eye on that or if that is her normal.
We talked pheo's, non symptoms, not wanting to surgery if not needed, all of which she understands and agrees with. She said, you never know with a pheo if you go in if they'll be great or have complications, which made me bring up, yes you know it, Flynn man. :) She said, that is awesome, he must have good parent and a good team of surgeons and I was like, oh yes, the best, we are all jealous of his vet, whom his mum can email or call or whatever whenever and he calls back all the time. It's a love fest for us. She said, and I just really wanted to hug her at that moment, she said, Sharlene, you have my email and you can email me any time at all if you have any worries or concerns or just want to discuss molly's day. I love your molly. I was like, awwwwwwww
Anyway, she said not to think about an MRI yet as it's too early to do that and no guarantee for that amount of money that they'll see something.
I didn't think about the maintenance lysodren possibility, good thought Marianne.
You are absolutely right Addy, no symptoms, no treat is the standard and I did discuss that with the IMS who agrees with that. And Addy how sweet of you to check in from work. Why are you at work? Aren't you suppose to be home recuperating? nasty virus, takes time to get over you know. (worrying about Addy's health too)
Lori I brought up that study you posted about the Estradiol too and she said, she has seen that too and it is why Tenn wants to see at least 2 of the hormones elevated before they go down any diagnositc road of atypical cushings.
I think I have covered all the bases of our discussions. I left my poor hubby texting away while he was waiting on the plane to finishing loading, while I went off and chatted on the phone! LOL Looks like we are moving into spring, he has the guy coming to wash off the deck tomorrow, and said he has to turn on our outside water tonight. He plans on making a beer run as we have friends around at some point this weekend too. Although, some of our friends have run off to Florida for the weekend and another took off to New Orleans. Brats!! I am envious of them. LOL But we have others coming in from out of town, so will be in and outs.
I am trying very hard not to go all freaky over molly. Just wait on the tests to come back and go from there.
Oh did i mention how you know I post the whole history when molly has a test done on her thread here? So, I printed that out (the last one and most up to date) and took it in with her file. The IMS loved it and made a copy of it, said wished everyone had something so thorough and concise. I said, we encourage maintaining a running history on the cushings forum. She said not to worry that I couldn't look at Molly's situation as an outsider, because you really can't, you're too close to it. She said she is the same with her dogs. She has to have others do the treatments as she is pure parent.
Okay, enough of the book, again! I will have to get videos of molly, lord, I don't even know how to post a video. and I know I still owe everyone the window pic too.
I'll just pull out the popcorn, white cheddar here! and watch everyone elses for now. :)
hugs and thanks you guys, it means the world!
Sharlene and molly muffin
Yeah just uploading it Trish
OMG, I really cant stop laughing at that picture, Oh no, I have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. Koko thinks I'm nuts.
Where did you find that photo:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
Oh wait, I was posting when Sharelene was.:o:o:o
Sharlene, just lock it all up in the drawer until the UTK test comes back. I think you should take a video of Molly hunting for Easter eggs. I never posted anything to Youtube in my life. Sometimes my two videos work, sometimes not:o:o What the heck. The teenager will fix it when she comes home from college.:rolleyes:
Isn't that photo AWESOME! I love it too. Had it on my work computer as wallpaper for a bit.
Throwing the salad stuff back in the fridge! Hubby's plane landed and he offered to take me to the pub tonight, so I'm not turning that down! hehehe
OMG, Addy, you havn't had bellini's Oh you must have! Peach bellini.
You can throw in some fresh or frozen peaches into the blender and make it all mushy like, sparkling wine is key ingredient though! Must have that.
Sharlene
The drawer is shut. :)
Someone take the key from me!
Sharlene
I,ll hold the key for you. Pub sounds good x
tracy I forgot to tell you I found a bellini mixer. Bought 3 bottles. LOL
Sharlene
OMG Sharlene, we have another vet to love on, she sounds fantastic!! So glad she takes the time to talk it through with you. How right you both are about how we are so close to the situation it is hard to look outside the box with our little fluff balls, that made me smile you all the way in Canada having a chat and including Flynny awwwwwwww xxxx She sounds a very wise vet waiting to get all those results and then deciding what to do.
Blardly proteinuria, no offense but we don't want Molly in the protein pup band, she can just get rid of that quick smart :D... or maybe she can just stand out the side and we will give her a tambourine but no full membership just yet young lady!!!! UPCR a good place to start with the investigations, she sounds like she is leaving no stone unturned, which we all love.
Have fun at the pub!! sounds a good way to start a long weekend!!!
Addy, I think that pic was on cheezburger. I love that app and it is the last thing I look at on my ipad in bed each night so I can go to sleep with a smile on my face!
Tracy, that video kicked me clean off the forum and did not load. but I can sort of see some weird pic of a paw and a toy in the thread??
Yep, drawer locked, key on its way to Scotland... :D:D
But Trish- if Molly has kidney stones, could it not be coming from that? They can throw protein from anywhere- Zoe threw it from her skin and her IBD.
Sharlene, there is a whole round table discussion on IDEX I think. I have to go back and look.
Wait- I thought we locked the drawer, dang it.:o:o
Oops sorry must not have loaded it correctly it's the one from his thread
Depends what sort of stones, infection ones can... ca oxalate or uric acid not so much.
OK, jemmy open the drawer just for the IDEXX article, but then slam it back shut again :p
Yes drawer is locked and I have the key well for tonight anyway :D
