Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Hey you!! Got any Easter plans with the family? Hope your nice weather is hanging in there! It is lawn mowing day here, cannot have the whole lot of them arriving tomorrow to see this jungle, so it is time!! Good think the Easter sales are on so I will pop in and see what I can get! x

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Yes another lovely warm day today but cold tonight. No plans with the family mum is going to my brothers so I'm off to the pub tomorrow afternoon to see a local band play but will be driving :D
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Cool, sounds like a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
Sorry I got side tracked, went to hang out the washing and found dog poop in the jungle which was rather disgusting after being in the rain!:p So cleaned that up too!! But I better get going too, see you later Tracy, have a good sleep! x

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Hello everyone
Thanks Trish for reminding me I was back at work :( work was. Dry quite today as everyone seems to be on holiday goodness knows why we were open.
The band was excellent as it was back in my home time it was good to catch up with people I've not seen in ages, it was a good atmosphere but I was driving
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Bummer that you had to be driving before that sounds like a lot of fun catching up with old friends hearing a good band always a good time that is. I know it's hard to be at work whenever everybody else seems to be off so boring and dull compared to normal hustle and bustle. I think that was why I decided to take today off in fact both everyone's going to be off to just not that much to do.
Hope you have a good week
Hugs

Hi Tracy:
Hope you are well. I guess your holiday is over? Back to the old grind. How is the garden coming along? What do you plant? I bet you miss your little Westie boy. Blessings

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Evening not much to report this week. Work was quite busy, they are frantically trying to replace the bad vodka that has come back. Been to see little Mac today, he was in the vets on Thursday to be neutered and he is doing just fine, feeling sorry for himself :)
Well my niece was due her baby last Wednesday and it's not here yet, she is massive and very grumpy I think she has had enough:D So we are all still waiting for him to arrive :p
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Some weeks are like that, just busy, busy, with not much in the way of external happenings.
I hope your niece has that baby soon! My friend just had a baby and she was a over a week past due and it took forever for her to dilate enough to have him. She had little Austin yesterday and they are all just as happy as can be.

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Awwww missed ya, I slept in till 10am!! Poor Flynny, late breakfast. He did get a small bite with his Samilyn at 7am with the plan to wake up at 8 for his brekky which is the usual routine on the weekends! I'm depressed, last day of holiday today and I am not looking forward to going back tomorrow especially as my work tomorrow is a 2hr drive north of here. Blah, wish I did not need money as then I could be a permanent lady of leisure!! Gee I hope your niece goes into labour soon, poor thing it must be so uncomfortable for her!! Good luck with a nice easy delivery for her :D

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Tracy:

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
My niece is still holding onto the baby she is 6 days over her due date
A little giggle for you all. Tonight my friend and I went a walk as it was a lovely night, we headed into the woods that have a path that takes you round outside of the village about 3 miles, well we decided to go a different way and we got lost  we must have been too busy chatting, we soon realised that we had no idea where we were and it was getting dark we turned back the way we came but we had no idea which way to go. So cut a long story short I had to phone the police and explain, they were very good about it and located us thru the GpS on my phone and talked us out the woods. They were waiting for us at the path entrance. I was so embarrassed and filthy as we had came thru mud and all sorts, they did laugh at us but gave us a pep talk as we only had a bottle of water each and one phone mine thank god for iPhones lol we did laugh all the way :D
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Oh my gosh Tracy!!! What an adventure! Thank god you had the phone with you! (note to self, take phone with you on walks) You must have got a bit of a chuckle out of that too. Smart thinking to call the police and them locate you via the GPS. Panicking would be very bad in that situation I imagine. So yea for your cool thinking.
Really?! She is still holding onto that baby. I'm thinking it must be awful comfortable in there and not want to come out. LOL Man though that might be a big baby when it Does come.
Keep us informed! and don't forget to take bread crumbs with you when next you venture into the forest!!
hugs,

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
LMAO! That is hilarious, Tracy! :p:D:p:D And the cops laughed! :p:p:p Oh, the images I have of ya'll emerging from the woods to see your uniformed greeting party giggling. :p:p:p:D:D:p:p:p I am very glad and impressed they helped ya'll, tho. Ya'll might have ended up dinner for one of those Giant Wetas or something. :D:D
Tell your niece I got her beat! I KNOW the date I got pregnant with my daughter and the doc agreed with the timing based on exams and tests. He set her due date at May 5...which came and went without a twitch and the sonograms showed she wasn't as far along as he thought (I disagreed, knowing when she was created) and he moved the date back to June 13. Nada. By July, I was DONE and that child was coming out one way or the other. I started jumping off my neighbors porch which was about 2' off the ground; I drank bottle after bottle of castor oil because the doc said that sometimes helped; I walked miles every day; I even went horseback riding....and she just dug in deeper. I started having Braxton Hicks contractions around the 19th and thought THIS IS IT so off to the hospital we went....where I was told I was 3 cm dilated and to walk the halls. I walked and walked and walked and the contractions stopped so they sent me home. I remained at 3mc every day the doc checked - and I had to go see him every single day! 3 more episodes of BH contractions but I stayed home those times. FINALLY 5am on the morning of the 21st the plug came out but my water never broke. I stayed home til the contractions were getting pretty steady then called my husband and dad, who took me to the hospital. My hubby got stopped for speeding on his way and told the cop he didn't have time to talk to him - HE was in labor!:p Needless to say, he got an escort to the hospital, lights and sirens full tilt. :D:D:D I got to the hospital around 9am and she finally deigned to make an appearance at 6pm. She remained stubborn all her life! :D (And I have NO IDEA where that came from! ;))
Tell your niece to hang in there - this will all be worth it the second that babe is in her arms. Sending prayers that all goes well for both of them.

Tracy, that's just too funny!
Glad that the police didn't lecture you :)

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Oh dear God, you lunatics!!! Alrighty, you need to download "Map my Walk" on your iphone so you can see where you are going!! Imagine if they had to get a helicopter and spotlights out to find you, how embarrassing!! Although I am sniggering LOL :D:) PLUS you are not to go walking AGAIN without a survival pack, you know a mars bar, bellinis and one of those silver sheets things...
PS Leslie - I am pretty sure our Giant Weta's have not learned to swim across several oceans to Scotland and they are vegetarians so would not like Tracy (no offense!) :D

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Hi everyone still not googled what a weta is and don't think I want to know. I was a good girl last night and stayed home I was tired had a hectic week plus my stone chips were arriving a 8 am this morning all 3 tonnes of them
So the garden is finally finished phew I ache from head to toe even my hair feels sore but I've done it. I had to wheel barrow the chips all the way up the garden several million times but it's done. I have before and after pics in my album.
Last year I barely touched the garden because woody needed me and this piece of garden has lay a mess for years and Woody was never allowed near it as it had nails, glass and all sorts in it and I always said I would clear it for him and he would be able to go there so today I have decided to dedicate this part of garden to Woody. I have ordered a bench with a plaque on it.
I finally done it Woody I'm just so sorry you never got to see it or play in it :(

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
The garden is lovely. What a great memorial for Woody. He would have loved it. All those stones to dig in and send flying.

Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Hey you guys :(
I'd forgotten all about the weta. Take it back - LOL.
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Ok I've just googled what is a weta and OMG it scared the bejesus out of me :eek::eek:
I'm rather sore today especially my hands but to be expected, I still have a tonn of bark chips to put down along the side border, I did have some there but little woody had dug them up and scattered them everywhere as terriers do, but that can wait for another day. I'm on holiday tomorrow it's the May Day yay and my niece is going into hospital to be "started" for the baby so fingers crossed she won't be long till little baby arrives (excited) :D
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Well that's good to get an extra day off this week.. we don't get May Day  lol... oh a baby is a coming!! How exciting!!! Are the family dramas all sorted?
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
No family dramas continue, think they will for a while hoping baby can bring some relief to my sister as she is having a hard time
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Yep a new baby will hopefully bring some happiness for her, she has had a hard road lately. I hope you googled the "giant weta" to really get the idea of their nastiness... but really they are just big, I don't think they bite or attack!
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Tracy, the garden looks great. You really did a nice job, it is lovely. OMG those giant wetas are creatures from hell. I can hardly even take a look, they are just terrifying.
How exciting, a new baby soon!
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Oh it as the giant one i googled I hate creepy crawlies of any kind especially spiders, woody used to kill the spiders for me, he once sat staring at one on the wall for an hour waiting on it coming down so he could kill it
-
Re: Confused and Overwhelmed-Diagnosed Anal Sac Carcinoma (Woody has passed)
Ohhhh spiders... I hate them too  have a look at this, it was on my FB today.... you have to scroll down and play the video. It is hideous and I am NEVER going to Brazil!! I am sure it is a lovely country and all but... really?
