Thats so funny! I did get a funny "over the shoulder" look when swooping under a squatted Lucy with a plastic tray to catch a urine sample. Thanks for the giggle today.
You said it all. If Apollo and I had not fought so hard I would not have had those 3 more precious years. I would not give them up for anything. This forum gave us the strength, hope, support, love and faith to not give up.
If you have not felt such a lose, love, emptiness, and an ache so deep in your heart ,you have never had a cushing dog. to all the cushing babies here and gone we love you so much. The courage, strength, love you have shown us is more than many humans could endure, the needles, the X-rays,ultrasounds,infections,medications that made you sick at times, the constant vet visits. I wish I was still fighting with you Apollo. Sept.9,2012.
Thank you for this posting.
hugs Sonja and Angel Apollo
No Sonja, YOU SAID IT ALL! Thank you!:p xxxxx
That was wonderful - thank you. No one else but would understand what it is like to have a Cush dog.... and yes I too miss all of that and would do it again to have my Casey back with me.
Wanted to add that if you are always on red alert with your other dogs and listening to water drinking all the time and which dog is drinking how much you have never had a cush dog.
