Anniversaries are so hard yet I know we have to acknowledge them. I hope there are happy memories too of our mighty lizard hunter. I like to think Buddy is running free in heaven where there are many lizards to chase and after he wears himself out, he lies down and makes sure to watch over you and Rosie.

Ahhhh Mel, I just clicked onto the candle page to light a candle for Buddy because it had burned out. I have been trying to keep one lit. To my surprise and delight, I had found that you'd already lit one for him. That made me cry because of your incredibly sweet gesture. I miss you Mel. Thank you so much for doing that. Xxxxx
