Where do add to my threads afterm someone replies

When I type a new thread and want to add to it do I reply to my own thread. I posted an update today as a new thread. Should I have posted it as a reply under my very first thread?

Yes...and I will go move it to your original thread for you. ;) We like to keep everything in one thread so it's easier to look back thru the history. Your thread will also serve as a sort of diary or journal for your baby's journey with Cushing's. :)
