How do I add a picture to my post?

When I click on "insert image" it doesn't allow me to browse my computer to choose an image, it asks for a URL. Can someone explain how I can add an image or post a pdf image?

I notice that you did add a url to your post, so now lets get you started with a photo album.

At the top left, you will see User CP, click on that.
On the left you will now see "pictures and albums" click that
At the bottom you will see Add Album click that
Name your album, set it to public (that is so we can see any pictures you add)
Now you have an album, you can at the bottom see "upload photos"
click that and you can choose 3 photos at a time to be uploaded to your album

Sometimes you have to add them one at a time. I had trouble yesterday with two pictures, but when I did one, then the other, that worked.
