Sad to say I had to put Rico down. He had an Addison's crisis but even if he survived the aggressive treatment, he had liver disease. I did ask for his lab results to help me understand his condition..Missing him so much.

Thanks for the comforting words...Tackling sad days after my baby passed..Our furbabies never leave us, they just get taken away much too soon. Praying for a cure one day for this condition..and for all of you who care for your beloved patients..No doubt I'm in this group for life. God bless this cushing's family..

Belated hugs! I've been away from this forum for a couple of months, but wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss of Rico. Pets are such a huge part of our lives and family. The sorrow is always so great when they pass. Allow yourself time to grieve and take care of yourself.
