Has been a while since my last post , we are all going along very well .
Lara and her allergies are stable at the moment :)

However she has gained a little weight so ... special diet for her :D
India is well, her little mate . :)

I do have a request ... our vet in Australia has Lara on Chlorpheniramine 4 mg ... as needed .
As she has allergy to pollen ..grass..beef..chicken. :( Lara has special diet of Venison & Hills zd Ultra Allergen biscuits . Works well for her .

My vet charges $68.00 ( Australian ) for 100 tablets ..Lara can have up to 1 1/2 per day if she is itchy . ( Antihistamines as above ) .

However i found a site in America that sells these so much cheaper .
Can someone advise me if this site is genuine ? Being in Australia we don't purchase much overseas ..

I would really appreciate any advice as i only want whats best for my girl.

I would like to wish you all the very best for Christmas and the New year ...And may God bless all your pups with their health issues .
Cheers for now , Catherine Ken ... Lara & India . 5.56 pm 18/12/15 .

Hello Catherine, it's so good to hear from you and thank you for your Christmas greetings! :)

I have never purchased from them myself, but yes, 1-800PetMeds is a well-known internet pharmacy here in the U.S. They carry "Vet VIPPS" endorsement (the brown badge at the bottom of their webpage), and this signifies that they are a member of an internet pharmacy association that requires credentialing. So that is a good thing.

One other suggestion, though, is just to compare pricing for this same antihistamine sold over-the-counter for humans in drugstores and grocery stores. I take this antihistamine, myself, and probably pay about $5 for twenty generic tablets at my grocery store. The Brandname is Chlor-Trimeton, which is more expensive. By the time you add in shipping from the U.S., buying the generic locally may end up to be the less expensive option. Just be sure you buy the plain 4-6 hour yellow 4 mg. "allergy-relief" tablets and not a combination decongestant product (they are blue tablets here), or an extended relief pill/capsule.

Good luck either way, and I hope your whole family has a wonderful holiday season!

Thanks Marianne... Postage to here in Perth WA is only $4.99 ... :)

That is a big saving on what we are paying now .

I have to take vitamin D and i buy them from IHerb.com lot cheaper than we can buy them for in our country .
However we did ask our chemist and he was very expensive also .
