Thank you everybody!!!! We had a very nice day. We played and cuddle, and played and cuddle.

My mom is trying to do everything grain free and other healthy things that she is trying to implement in our healthy life style :rolleyes::D.

Her plan was to bake me a gluten free cake, and some carob-bran cereal and other hawaiian cookies (crushed pineapple with shredded coconut)....forgive me all the drooling....

She is fascinated by the new trend of the coconut oil (the Tree of life as she has read :)), so I saw her mixing the pineapple, with the gluten free flours, the coconut oil (instead of the canola oil).... and I swear to you guys and girls.... the smell was UNBELIEVABLE...... until she discovered that something was missing from the dough, and then she went to her computer, browsed the Internet for hours, called a friend in Colombia that knows about gluten free baking, talked for at least 2 hours....and apparently she needed some "glue" for the dough and to switch for another flour.....

Good news is I (we, as Nina is included in MY B'Day#$$#@#$$#!! )got a portion of ice cream topped with my Oreo-carob cookies, a big cookie of peanut butter and McDonald's french fries with salsa rosada (mayo+ketchup+other secret spices), I played with my mom, talked over the phone with my grandma in Colombia and my dad who is working there, and I had a GLORIOUS DAY!!!!.

And for sure my mom will make me the cake and the cookies now that she has all the right ingredients.
