How to start a new thread?

I don't see a 'Post New Thread' option in the other forums. How do I start a thread? It's odd it's here, plain as day, but not in the other forums.

Now I see it! It's up pretty high on the page, so I overlooked it.

I am also trying to post a new 'thread" or question and cant find where to post even up at the top. Where did you find it?

You have to log in, then click on the forum you want to post in and then in the upper left side is a blue graphic that says 'New Thread'. This is it - http://www.k9cushings.com/forum/images/buttons/newthread.gif
