I am asking for a specific reason. So has anyone not been satisfied with the drugs they have gotten from there? Specifically Trilostane. Did the drug work as well as from a "vet approved" pharmacist?

Thank you for your input. You can PM me if that works better for you.

Hi Jean,

I have never had a problem with Corky's Trilo that we get from Diamondback. He's had 11, 20, and 25mg compounded doses. I've been getting his Trilo there for over a year. Everything has been fine.

I've purchased my dogs' medication from Diamondback Drugs for years. Both of my dogs used compounded Trilostane for two years with great results. I switched both of them back to compounded Lysodren (Mitotane) two years ago and they are doing well on this med also. We also have members that have purchased their meds from Pet Health Pharmacy, also in Arizona. These two pharmacies seem to have the best prices.

I have been ordering Triolstane from Diamondback since January 2010 and have not had any problems. From Nov 2009 to Jan 2010 I was using the brand name, and I feel the compound version is equally effective. The majority of the cush pups at my vet clinic are also using Diamondback Trilostane. Good luck! Barb

I have never used trilostane, but I have used Diamondback extensively over the years including Harley's compounded lysodren, various compounded eye drops for dry eye for both Harley & Chewy, & never had a problem with them. None of my vets including the various specialists I have the seen the past several have a problem at all when I ask them for a script to take to Diamondback.

Thank you.
This new IMS did have an issue when I brought it up, that is why I asked. He insinuated "things" about Diamondback. I spoke with the owner pharmacist Mike Blaire and we had a good discussion, yet he insinuated things about this IMS too.
I invited my IMS to speak to Mike, and told him what I had been told by Mike.
The IMS did an aboutface and is now willing to use them.
This IMS has one tremendous EGO. And lies as well. Sigh. I seem to attract the worst in the veterinary community.
