upload photo ?

hi every one.. have uploaded ebonies photos but unable to upload main picture to my posts like yours !
can you please give me a hint to as how it is done..?
i loved [ DINNER FOR TWO ] my 14 yr old grandson is still laughing !: thanks..

Go to "User CP" upper left corner
Click on "Edit Avatar" under "Settings and Options"

and follow directions in the box for custom avatar.
