Thanks, this makes sense. I brought up the idea of a 60/30 split with my internist, but her preference was equal doses. Still, especially if 40/40...

Quick update: Reggie's digestive upset had nothing to do with the trilostane, as we all suspected. He had a minor UTI that seems to have cleared up...
