Default how do I upload documents

I went to the users control panel and tried to up load a document and I
got an invalid file message. It wants a photo but I need to upload a document

Hello and welcome! I'm going to repeat a reply that I posted earlier today to another member who had a similar question. Just let us know if you need more info.
